Lowdham Parish Council Snippet…Richard Lloyd is our Community Protection Officer, he deals with environmental issues –but might be mistaken in looks for a parking warden or a PCSO, but he isn’t. Recently hehas visited the village 3-4 times a week spending about an hour on each visit. He candeal with Public Space Protection Order enforcement which includes lack of poopicking after a dog.[There are spare Parish Councillor positions if you have a spare couple of hours each month – if you are interested (and 18+ years old) or want further information contact Bill Banner or Dermot Daly at clerk@lowdham-pc.gov.uk – we are happy to have an initial conversation.]
